Bag filters for coarse dust
Bag filters for coarse dust are designed for air pre-filtration in HVAC systems. They are used in office buildings, schools, laboratories, and industrial facilities. They also serve as pre-filters for fine filtration stages and are used in painting equipment.
Technical specifications
Filter media properties:
– tested according to DIN EN 779,
– fire resistance class according to DIN 53438 (F1),
– resistance to relative humidity up to 100%,
– compatibility with painting systems according to IPA test,
– high dimensional stability of filter bags,
– damage-resistant synthetic fibers, health and environmentally safe,
– maximum operating temperature up to 80 °C (depending on frame type).

– High construction tightness – seamless filter bags and strong welded joints ensure high tightness and resistance to pressure loads

– special sizes on request,
– frame material: plastic (25 mm) or metal (20 mm and 25 mm),
– plastic frame version suitable for energy recovery at the end of its service life,
– optionally with hygienic foam seal
