Development and Research

At the customer’s request, we apply knowledge from our own development and emerging trends to design filtration systems or solutions for demanding process fluid cleanliness requirements, aimed at optimizing production processes and reducing operating costs.

Development and Research of Filtration Solutions

When standard products are insufficient, we design filtration solutions tailored to the specific conditions of your production process.

When addressing demanding or atypical customer requirements, we combine knowledge from our own development, years of experience from industrial operations, and current trends in filtration. Our goal is to achieve the required cleanliness of process fluids, increase technology reliability, and reduce overall operating costs.

From Requirement to Technical Solution

  • We analyze the production process, fluid properties, contamination characteristics, and required cleanliness level.
  • We assess flow rate, pressure, temperature, viscosity, and other operating conditions.
  • We evaluate the efficiency of existing filtration and identify its limitations.
  • We design new filtration systems, modifications to existing systems, or the addition of an appropriate filtration stage.
  • When necessary, we verify the solution through measurement and subsequently optimize it for the specific operation.

Selecting the Right Filter Medium

The filter medium is the critical component of the entire solution. In its design and selection, we consider primarily:

  • type, size, and quantity of contaminants,
  • required filtration fineness and efficiency,
  • chemical compatibility with the process fluid,
  • medium capacity for contaminant retention,
  • pressure drops, flow rate, and operating temperature,
  • required service life and replacement intervals.

Result for the Customer

The result may be a new filtration system, optimization of existing technology, or a design for an appropriate combination of filtration stages and media. The solution created in this way helps to:

  • achieve and maintain the required cleanliness of process fluids over the long term,
  • protect production equipment from wear and failures,
  • extend the service life of fluids, filter elements, and technological components,
  • reduce unplanned downtime and maintenance requirements,
  • optimize the production process and reduce operating costs.
