Filter media for coarse filtration
Filter media for coarse filtration is designed to capture coarse dust particles in air-handling, air-conditioning, and ventilation systems. It is also used as a pre-filter stage in multi-stage air treatment systems.
Technical specifications
Filter media properties:
– tested to DIN EN 779,
– damage-resistant synthetic fibres,
– fire reaction class to DIN 53438 (F1),
– resistance to relative humidity up to 100%,
– maximum operating temperature 80 °C,
– free of silicone and substances that negatively affect the quality of painted surfaces.
Benefits:
– special sizes are possible for rolls and cut pieces depending on quantity
– the filter media is sealed on the clean-air side and uses the full depth of the fleece for dust accumulation
Design:
– standard rolls 2 x 20 m and 2 x 40 m
– custom cut pieces to customer requirements,
– cut pieces packed under cleanroom conditions
