Effective from September 15, 2026.  <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who Processes Your Data<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The operator is Filter Technik Slovakia s.r.o., \u0160trkov\u00e1 578\/4, 010 09 \u017dilina, Slovak Republic, Company ID: 36 589 063. For questions regarding personal data protection, please contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@filtertechnik.sk\">info@filtertechnik.sk<\/a> or by mail at the address provided. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Data We Collect and How We Use It<\/h2><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Inquiries and Messages:<\/strong> name, email, message content, and, at your discretion, phone number and company name. The form also attaches the page address and identifier, language, and possibly the name of the product or service and the selected sales representative. We use this data to receive, assess, and process your request and for subsequent communication.  <\/li><li><strong>Direct Contact:<\/strong> if you email or call us, we process contact details and communication content to be able to respond to you.<\/li><li><strong>Website Operation and Security:<\/strong> when you visit, the server&#8217;s technical logs may record your IP address, request time, requested URL, and browser data. These are used for page delivery, fault detection, and protection against misuse. We do not specifically attach IP addresses and browser data to emails from forms.  <\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you contact us as a natural person before concluding a contract, the legal basis for processing the inquiry is steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. For communication on behalf of a company or for general inquiries, it is our legitimate interest to respond to relevant requests and develop business relationships, pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We ensure the secure operation of the website based on a legitimate interest to protect the website, data, and services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). For this purpose, we do not ask for your consent to data processing.         <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your name, email, and message text are necessary to process the inquiry; without them, we cannot respond to you via the form. Phone and company are optional. Providing further data is not a legal obligation. We do not use inquiry data for sending newsletters without a separate legal basis.   <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Who May Access the Data<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inquiries are processed by authorized employees of our company. Depending on the selected product or service, it will be forwarded to the relevant sales representative; otherwise, it goes to the company&#8217;s general contact address. For essential technical support, suppliers of website hosting, email services, and website administration, acting under our instructions, may have access. We do not provide data for sale or targeted advertising.   <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Long We Store Data<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We retain inquiries and correspondence during the processing of the request and subsequently only to the extent necessary for follow-up communication or to prove and protect legal claims, for no longer than the expiration of the relevant limitation period. If a contractual relationship arises from an inquiry, related business and accounting documentation is stored according to legal retention periods. Regular technical records are kept only for necessary operation and security checks; in case of an incident, until its resolution and the protection of related claims. When the purpose or legal reason ceases, we delete or anonymize the data.   <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cookies and your choices<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use necessary cookies to operate the site and remember your choice. Google reCAPTCHA form protection runs only when you try to submit a form as an essential security service. Optional analytics runs only with your consent. The legal basis for the related optional processing is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR; access to information on your device is also governed by Section 109(8) of Slovak Act No. 452\/2021.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The banner lets you accept all, reject optional cookies or choose individual categories. Change or withdraw consent through \u201cCookie settings\u201d in the footer or the button below. We remember both acceptance and rejection for 182 days. Your choice also applies to the Slovak version. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When you withdraw analytics consent, we clear accessible analytics cookies on our site. If an external service has already loaded, the page reloads to stop further use; unsent form text may be lost. We cannot delete cookies on Google\u2019s domain from our domain \u2014 you can manage those in your browser. It runs only after you allow analytics. It provides website usage statistics, such as page visits and interactions, and may process technical information about your device and browser. We do not use advertising features or personalised advertising in this configuration. Set only after analytics consent; Google Ireland Limited.<\/p>\n<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/div>\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Form protection \u2014 Google reCAPTCHA<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google reCAPTCHA is active on this website\u2019s forms and protects them against automated spam. Its script loads only when you try to submit a form; optional-cookie consent is not required to send it. The service may assess your IP address, device information and interactions needed to identify automated abuse. Security verification is required to submit a form. If it cannot load, you can email or call us. reCAPTCHA does not enable analytics or advertising.<\/p>\n\n<p>The _GRECAPTCHA cookie is listed in the necessary-cookie table above.<\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google determines the exact cookies, any local storage and their durations, which may change. Google describes these technologies in its <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/technologies\/cookies?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">cookie information<\/a>. Its <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/terms?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Terms of Service<\/a> also apply to reCAPTCHA.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">External Google Map<\/h2>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The map on the contact page does not connect to Google until you click the labelled button to give separate consent to load it. This click does not enable analytics or reCAPTCHA. We do not save the map choice: after a page refresh, you must allow it again. Google may then receive visit information and use its own cookies. Our contact details remain available without loading the map.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, provides these Google services to users in the EEA. Google explains its processing and possible transfers outside the EEA in its <a href=\"https:\/\/policies.google.com\/privacy?hl=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Privacy Policy<\/a>. Before moving this version to the public website, we will assess GA4 settings, retention periods and transfer arrangements separately.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Transfers Outside the EEA<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a technical supplier processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer may only occur based on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards under Chapter V of the GDPR (e.g., standard contractual clauses). Information about specific transfers and available safeguards will be provided upon request at <a href=\"mailto:info@filtertechnik.sk\">info@filtertechnik.sk<\/a>. Separate processing after enabling the map is described by Google in its policies mentioned above.  <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Your Rights<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, and in cases stipulated by the GDPR, data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest; in such cases, we will cease processing unless we demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds or the need to protect legal claims. Please send your request to <a href=\"mailto:info@filtertechnik.sk\">info@filtertechnik.sk<\/a>. We usually respond within one month; in case of reasonable doubts, we may verify your identity.   <\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you believe that we are processing your data unlawfully, you have the right to file a complaint with the <a href=\"https:\/\/dataprotection.gov.sk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic<\/a> or to contact another competent supervisory authority in the EU. In the processing described in these policies, we do not use automated decision-making or profiling with legal or similarly significant effects. <\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changes to Policies<\/h2><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If we change forms, processing purposes, or website technologies, we will update these policies.
