Automatic backwash filter, with filtration fineness up to 50 μm
The CanFil filter is a fully automatic, continuous system that operates on the principle of surface infiltration. Metal fiber candle filters or wedge wire slot candle filters are used for filtration, which retain particles of various sizes on their surface. After a predetermined degree of contamination of the filter candles has been reached, the filter candles are cleaned by backwashing using a small amount of filtrate. Liquid filtration continues even during the backwash of the filter candles.
